Laura Reyes
I am a photojournalist and nature photographer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have always loved photography and I have been in contact with cameras from a young age. Already as an adult, I decided to study photography and photojournalism (at AFPRA and aRGra) to improve my technical skills and get in touch with different perspectives that allowed me to develop a wider appreciation for the photographic image. Since then, I have seen photography as a tool for expressing myself and putting a spotlight on social and environmental concerns that I consider relevant and are, sometimes, unrepresented. My work has been published in newspapers, magazines and scientific publications from different countries, including Anred (Argentina) El Salto Diario (Spain), Revista Encartes (Mexico), Página 12 (Argentina), and Rolling Stone Magazine (Argentina).
